What happens if I forgot my password?
If you forgot your password, you can reset your password here.
Submit the email address associated with your account and we'll send you a verification code to that email address. Once you have received the email, copy the verification code and click on the link provided in the email. Paste the verification code in the field provided and you will be able to enter a new password you'd like to have.
Be sure to reset the password to something you'll remember!

How do I activate my account?
When you have created an account, you should receive an activation email almost immediately. Follow the instructions in the email to activate your account. If you don't receive an email, it may probably be in your spam folder.
Can I cancel my user account?
Certainly. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your username, email address that you have used with us and your contact number. We'll be sad to see you go!

How do I view my order history in my Addiction user account?
When you login to your Addiction user account and place an order, your order history is saved in your account. To access your order history, login to your Addiction account and click on the 'Account' link on top right-hand side of the home page. On the Account page, you will be able to see all the orders placed while logged in. Just click on the view button for order details.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can place an order without being a member. Simply checkout as a guest and proceed with placing the order.
If you do sign up to be a member (It's FREE!), you will be able to checkout faster, review past order details, save frequently used address and get the latest on new arrivals and sales.
